This policy explains what information UBITC BRO LLC ("UBITC BRO", "we") collects through ubitcbro.com and through our official WhatsApp Business number, and how we use it.

• WhatsApp messages: when you message our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the content of the messages you send us, and delivery status information provided by Meta.
• Contact and request forms: information you choose to submit on our website, such as your name, email address, organization and the content of your request.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and provide information about UBITC BRO and its ventures.
• To operate an automated assistant that answers common questions on WhatsApp, and to hand your conversation to a member of our team when needed.
• To protect our services against abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Automated replies may be generated with the help of an AI service provider that processes the message text solely to produce a reply on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our services (Meta for WhatsApp messaging, Google Cloud for hosting, our email delivery provider, and our AI service provider), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Conversation records are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our business relationship, and are stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to authorized team members.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time — see Data deletion below. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" or by blocking our number in WhatsApp.

Terms of Service

• Information shared through ubitcbro.com and our WhatsApp channel is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer of securities, investment advice or a binding commitment.
• Automated replies are provided for convenience and may contain mistakes; any agreement with UBITC BRO is binding only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
• You agree not to use our channels to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data, do either of the following:

• Send an email to info@ubitcbro.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or email address you used with us, or
• Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp Business number.

We will confirm your request and delete your conversation history and contact details within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records.
